A. Deputy City Manager Mike Flaherty will provide an update on the animal
shelter.

Ameresco Energy Audit findings.
IV. City Attorney’s Choice.
V. Council Member’s Choice.
City Council will identify any individual areas of concern for the 2010 Budget
Workshop on Saturday, September 26th.
