I. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
Financial and Administrative Services Director Frank Gryglewicz, Accounting
Manager Steve Dazzio and Timothy P. Mayberry, CPA, from Johnson, Holscher
& Company, P. C. will discuss the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
(CAFR).
II. Board and Commission Reappointments
City Council will discuss reappointments to various boards and commissions.
III. Hotel/Motel License
Fire Chief Mike Pattarozzi and Financial and Administrative Services Director
Frank Gryglewicz will discuss hotel/motel licenses.
IV. City Facility Recycling
Deputy City Manager Mike Flaherty and Community Development Planner
Audra Kirk will discuss recycling at City facilities.
V. Ameresco Contract for Technical Energy Audit
Deputy City Manager Mike Flaherty will discuss the contract with Ameresco,
Inc. for the Technical Energy Audit and Project Proposal.
VI. EnerNOC, Inc. Utility Agreement
Utilities Director Stu Fonda will discuss the EnerNOC Inc. Utility Agreement.
